The machine allows the brushing of the whole cheese(round surface and planes) and the atomization of salty or hygienic solutions.The machine has got an embossed structure:in the front of the machine are situated the six brushing stations,each one indipendent and easly accessible,wherethe production refuses can directly fall into the inferior tank ,without polluting the mechanical parts of the machine.In the back side,instead,in a separate and protected place,are situated all mechanical and eletrical components,easly accessible for maintenaces.The advancement of the cheeses through the brushing tunnel is regulated by a series of synchronized arms,so that all cheeses can't get in contact to each others , avoiding all kind of contamination. |
