It is an automatic plant for the dry salting of a plane and of the round surface of cheeses. There are two different models:

MOD.SA03:the entrance conveyor of cheeses is parallel to the exit one;for a correct working the machine needs just one operator.

MOD.SA04:the entrance conveyor of cheeses is in line with the exit one.
